Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this? +
Not at all. We build and manage everything on the backend. The only thing you'll ever do is send us photos once a week for social posts if you want Social Autopilot. Everything else runs without you touching it.
Will this work with my existing booking system? +
Yes. We integrate with Booksy, Square Appointments, GlossGenius, Vagaro, StyleSeat, and most other booking platforms. If you're not sure about yours, just mention it on our call and we'll confirm before you commit to anything.
How long does setup take? +
Most clients are fully live within 5–7 days of signing on. We move fast. You'll need to give us access to a couple of platforms (booking system, Google Business, social accounts) and we handle the rest from there.
What's the $300 setup fee for? +
That covers the time it takes to build, connect, and test all your automations before we go live. It's a one-time fee — there's no setup charge for additional automations you add later once you're already a client.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes, no contracts and no lock-ins. Cancel with 30 days notice and we'll wrap everything up cleanly. We're confident the results will make you want to stay, but we never hold you hostage.
Will the texts sound robotic? +
No — we write every message in your shop's voice during onboarding. Clients should feel like it's coming from you personally. We customize the name, tone, and wording to match how you actually talk to your customers.
What if I only want one or two automations to start? +
That's totally fine — our Starter plan is built for exactly that. Most clients start with Review Booster or No-Show Shield and add more once they see how well it works. There's no pressure to do everything at once.
